The How and why of the SecuPlus productlines

In principle locks do have different key numbers. It is true that in practice this is a very secure solution. However, (particularly having larger numbers) this also can be an unpractical situation.

Key systems can be used to keep proper check on your systems. This means that in particular cases it can make much more sense (and be more secure too) not using different key numbers, but e.g. to make a choice for a keyed-alike system.

SecuPlus offers you the possibility to tailor-made your security system with key systems of your specific choice and need.

Can we give a repeat order for key systems?

Each and every key system has its own unique code. You need this code (or the date of the previous order) for repeat orders.

Keyed Different

Every user has access to his or her (own) lock only

In this situation it is important that each user has an own (preferably unique) key, giving access to his or her own lock only. It is self-evident that this key does not give access to locks of other users.

Keyed Alike

Staff or management only has access to the locks

Very often users of computers do not need to have access to the locks of the secured computer. Access to the locks is only needed for service purposes or when the equipment is being moved. It will do when management has the disposal of one or two keys only.

Master Keyed

Users as well as management need to have access to the locks

When the user needs to have access to the locks, it can be convenient that in case of emergency (loss of keys, discharge etc.) also management is having access to the locks. The simpliest way to achieve this is a masterkey system.
